We came home from being away during the hottest days of the summer to find our conditioner was not cooling the house at all. We called A & T mechanical at a friends suggestion. Al called back with in 1 hour, he explained he was tied up on a job and gave us some suggestions over the phone. He explained he would not be able to get here for a few hours, then called back to see if any of the suggestions had worked & confirmed he could be on site in 1.5 hours, end of the day. Al checked over the air conditioner and discovered our air ducks were not flowing enough air. He recommended Dial one to clean our ducts. Al checked back with us after the Ducks were cleaned to ensure we had working AC. Great service & follow-up.
