i called Mr. Muhammad because I thought my home had been recently infested with bedbugs. On the initial phone call, Mr Muhammad asked many questions and told me he didn't think I had bedbugs. I wanted to be certain and he kindly agreed to do a site inspection that same afternoon. The inspection was thorough and instructive. There was no evidence of bedbugs but many carpet bug larvae. Mr Muhammad gave me detailed instructions for eliminating the bugs (vacuuming and steam cleaning). Because I was very anxious about bedbugs ,Mr. Muhammad returned two weeks later and repeated his inspection for carpet bug larvae and also for bedbugs. There was no additional charge for the second inspection. I especially appreciated his prompt, Knowledgeable service.
