Thank you so much to the Service Manager Pat for calming me down when my basement flooded and for being extremely detailed over the service that would be provided for me by the plumber that would be arriving at my house. The dispatcher Karleen called me to let me know exactly when the plumber would be arriving at my house she was very professional and extremely friendly making me feel very at ease. Matt Thomas just recently fixed a blockage in my basement drain. Matt did an excellent job he is extremely polite and very knowledgeable! Matt greeted me as he arrived at my home and explained to me very clearly what he would be doing to fix my basement drain from flooding. Matt left my house in a very clean condition with nothing left behind. When Matt was finished he explained everything to be in detail again. My husband arrived after and he was nice enough to explain everything to my husband. Matt even double checked everything to assure us that the basement wouldn’t flood again!
