April 25, 2020 Ben was able to clean and service my portable air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and was able to service it in just one day! I am very pleased with both his service and the fee charged. Thank you May 23, 2020. Today I started up the air conditioner and found it was not operating as before. The cycle time for cooling was just under 2 minutes with the temperature set way below room temp. The off cycle time is more like 4 - 5 minutes which does not allow the air conditioner to function as anything more than a fan. I contacted Ben and he came over to see what was wrong and determined that the exhaust hose was too restricted and fixed it. Now it works as it should. Thank you
