After an accident with my car vs the garage door. Our garage door was bending and not closing all the way and making a pretty awful noise when you tried. We called Fix It Right Garage Doors on a Friday at 6pm. Not sure who answered but they did and set up our appt for the next morning (Saturday). Jack called about 15 mins before he was there and was right on time. He looked at it for about 5 mins and told us what was wrong and how to fix it. Gave us the estimate and said he could do it either that night or Sunday morning depending on when he got the part. Because of scheduling he came back Sunday morning with the part and the garage was fixed within the hour. Very fair price and awesome service. I will always recommend this company!

We are very happy with the work. They were punctual, polite and professional. It took 3 hours only, and they even did the wiring for the under cabinet lights. We would definitely recommend them!

Had a customer service issue. The owner himself called to correct the situation and make it right. Not everything in the service business can always be at 100% but when a business owner goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy, it says a lot, and character counts. Very good man that knows business and a very good company to contract with.
