Exterior, landscaping, and finished and repaired interior work from previous contractors
General contracting and overseeing trades and also did work directly. Started with idea generation and recommendation Interior: installed oversized bedroom window and replacement windows elsewhere, crown molding, window coverings, repaired newly but incorrectly installed HVAC and gas line, and leaking plumbing. Exterior: replaced aluminum siding with stucco, new roof on house and garage. replaced wood deck with permeable paving stone patio, walkway, driveway and parking pad and solid stone front and rear steps with glass and stainless steel railings. New sod with plants, shrubs and small trees and general landscaping. trouble shooted the whole house. Very polite, professional, and courteous. Transparent, detailed and fair invoicing. Mr. Angelo Antolino, principal of Integrity Design & Build Inc. was conscientious and is well connected with tradespeople and expects equally high level of professionalism from them. We are very pleased with the workmanship and esthetics of our house. By far the best contractor I have had on all levels: responsiveness, quality of work and payment and invoicing I highly recommend Integrity Design & Build Inc.
