Every time I have shopped at this store I have been very pleased with the prompt service and attention that I have received. They have been very helpful in finding whatever it is that I am looking for very quickly. Among the purchases that I have made for our home over the years, were some towels. They were quite reasonably priced and I am pleased to say that they have been very durable for our use.
I went to a few different stores but this one was the most helpful. I was just a few days before my due date with our second child and I needed to purchase a mattress. The young man who helped me was very professional and went the "extra mile" to show me the mattress, carrying it out from the back of the store and unwrapping it, even though he was quite busy at the time. I was able to purchase it and for the price have been pleased.
We were traveling and saw this store and thought we would see what they have. They were quite helpful and so we purchased a humidifier for our child's room only to bring it back to our home two hours away and find out it leaked! Of course we were not at all happy about that but brought it back and after some convincing they were willing to give us a gift card for their store so that we could purchase something at a later time as we didn't have time then to shop. Just recently we went back and were able to purchase something else which has worked quite well and was a great value for the price we paid.
Steve Martin was very helpful to us in the purchase of our washing machine and was willing to negotiate a price that was more workable for us, as our washing machine that we had previously was almost brand new but quit on us. He was patient, and was even willing to deliver it for a reasonable cost, although we ended up not going that route. We were also able to purchase some other parts that we needed for a different washing machine from them. They were knowledgeable and helpful in getting the correct parts.
We were able to use them for our weed control and they were very helpful by coming out quickly for our unlimited service as we had a lot of weeds and would put our lawn as priority. Them young people who came out to take care of the weeds were very professional and polite.
They came on time and were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We were able to get our piano moved in good time and without damage to the piano or to other surroundings. We have used them twice to move the same piano.
After having a bad experience with a previous company, so we decided to call Direct Energy and they said that they would be there ASAP to help out with our issue. They were very prompt and sent out a person who was very skilled and fixed our hot water heater in a very timely manner.
I ordered custom made window shades for our home and had challenges getting the customer service that we needed to complete the project. I had been told it would only take two weeks to get the order and it took two months after going a few times to the store, etc. Finally after having been told that the shades I ordered were still on back order (after I called and asked if they were in yet) I went to the store and spoke with someone who helped me right away and saw to it that I walked out of the store in about 20 minutes with everything that I needed. I so appreciated the help and her willingness to see my need.
