This was our second time using Finished Basement and we couldn't be happier. I wish all contractors could work like they do. True pride in workmanship. They actually care about what they're doing and go above and beyond on everything they do. Our first basement was more basic but this time around we put in a steam room, home theatre and glass doors. Every corner is sharp, every wall is smooth. Excellent workmanship. They are the best group of people I've ever worked with in terms of home renovation/repair. Very professional and caring. If I could rate them an eleven I would.

Once you pay Duarte, he's never to be seen or heard from again. And that's the main issue here. On the surface the work that was done looked to be pretty good. We had some questions about warranties and some of the work that had been done but... Duarte turned into a ghost. The guy who had been so responsive before receiving our money suddenly was nowhere to be found. Unacceptable and disappointing. What made it doubly sour was the fact that Duarte seemed to actually care when we hired him. Personable and friendly, we felt we could trust him to do good work. And to be fair the job wasn't terrible. Some of the work we were happy with. I don't think it would've taken much to resolve some of these problems as they were all fixable. But we never even had the chance to discuss any of the problems with him. He just flat out disappeared. Go with somebody else.

We did a fair bit of work on our front driveway and had Pro concrete do exposed aggregate for us as well as stamped concrete on the borders. They did a great job and we'd hire them to do this again in a heartbeat. Only downfall? PC Landscaping is affiliated with Pro Concrete in some way and we were less than thrilled with their work. Absolutely zero customer service from that end of the business. Stick with the concrete services and you should be satisfied. They did great work and seem to be used by quite a few people in Oakville. I'd hire them again if I had another home.

Bill has done a couple of jobs for us over the past few years and we've always been impressed with the care that he shows for his work. If you're looking to get your gas line done for a BBQ or finishing a basement, I'd recommend Bill as he seems to genuinely care about the work he does.

We made the unfortunate decision to hire these guys to stain our deck. The owner seemed knowledgeable enough and seemed to know what he was talking about. Too bad the work ethic didn't match the first impression. Excuses, constant no-shows, job never completed. Just an absolute gong show. Do not waste your time or money with these guys. There are a lot of good contractors out there... these folks aren't among them. We got a million excuses and they never bothered to finish the job. Just a complete waste of money. You've been warned.

It's hard to find contractors that you can depend on. We found out about them through word of mouth and couldn't be happier with our decision. Great service and great finish. Job is done quick and professionally and their crew take the time to clean up every night before coming in early the next morining. Original estimate was accurate and the finished product was nothing short of awesome. I would highly recommend Igor, Vitali and Maria's company anytime! Just a great, great job. Why can't all contractors be like this?
