I’ve worked with Banwell plumbing on a few occasions. These guys are really nice, have been great to work with, offer fair pricing and do quality workmanship. I needed a handful of projects done recently. Most companies tried to upsell and instill fear but I’ve always found Tony to be honest. These guys on speed dial.
Sanded, stained and varnished the main floor (375 sq. ft) and buffed / varnished the second floor (200 sq. ft). Peter did an incredible job and took real care with the floors. In the future, I would have sanded all the rooms. It creates a way better look. But that was my decision and we were short on time. Really great job! Would definitely work with him again.
Had a really small job - needed to move a refrigerator up a flight of stairs. It was really heavy and in a tight space. Called around and everyone wanted their full rate ($300 - $500), except El Cheapo was willing to send a guy at the end of the day for a reasonable price. Really happy for the help.
