We contracted D2 to renovate our kitchen, bathroom and replace all of our flooring. We consulted with a number of D2 references, one that we knew personally and all the feedback came back extremely positive. D2 was extremely professional. They worked well with our designer and the suppliers we chose. Our project was pretty significant, and in our opinion D2 completed the project in the timeline we discussed with minimal delays. Were very pleased with the outcome of the work. They wanted to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work, and made sure that every final touch was completed along with a few changed we made along the way. We would certainly recommend D2 to others, and would work with them again on a future renovation project.

We decided to go with a steel roof because this will be our forever home so a 50 year guarantee means that we will never have to put a new roof on our home for the foreseeable future. We engaged with New Steel Roofers as they had some of the most positive reviews on HomeStars and they did not disappoint. Jennifer came over and did an excellent job explaining the product options and the process. The project started on time in Feburary and completed within a few days after they started. The guys were courteous and clean. Since completion, many neighbours have shared compliments on how great it looks! We went with the Stone Coated Slate in Charcoal and it looks amazing. Black eaves troughs and down spouts complete the clean and functional look. I would recommend New Steel Roofers to any one who asked me if I had an opinion on who they should work with for a steel roof.

We engaged with Green Side Up for a major back yard renovation. I had previously worked with Jay on a smaller balcony project and loved the engagement. That positive experience plus the number of positive reviews on this site, along with some of the other projects we saw they had completed gave us the confidence to choose Green Side Up. Our back yard renovation was no small task. Here's a list of what we had done with Green Side Up: - Removal of existing wood retaining wall and replaced with armour stone - Removal of existing interlock and replacement with new beautiful interlock (excavation and re-grading of the entire back yard) - New fence and gates - New custom deck around our hot tub - New grill gazebo over top of our BBQ The carpentry work by CJ was amazing - his attention to detail is unmatched The overall experience was great - any final tweaks and adjustments were completed promptly.
