Allen was amazing. So knowledgable and so thorough. He was also very patient in explaining the findings of the inspection. Likewise, he took lots of pictures which was really helpful.

We recently did some renovations and purchased various kitchen appliances from Pilo. They were very friendly and delivery was fast and efficient. Our LG microwave had an issue with the display and we contacted Pilo a few weeks after it was installed. They had us return it and replaced it with a brand new one. No hassle at all. Overall it was a positive experience an we saved a ton of money!

Allen was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything and look at every inch of the home. From plumbing, electrical, structural, he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!
