We had found Markham Heating & Cooling through the yellow pages during the last winter when the furnace at our parents home failed. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day to do a checkup. Throughout the whole process they were informative and did not seem to be trying to deceive us. After making the necessary repairs to the furnace, it was back in operation and there haven't been issues ever since. If we have issues with the heating and cooling again, we wouldn't hesitate to give Markham Heating & Air Conditioning Systems again.

I had Dmitri from Mike's Heating and Cooling help me as the air conditioning at my condo unit had failed right before the start of the summer. The property manager had recommended Dmitri as he had done work for other units in my building before. He was able to come the next day and perform an assessment. While I was not pleased to have to replace the thermostat which he did not have in his truck, he came back the day after to install it. The price was not the lowest, but Dmitri explained that it was due to the specific system that my building uses. Everything has been working since and I was happy with the service.

They were prepared when they came to do the estimate for the work provided a written quote and details about what work needed to be done. They did the work as promised in the timeframe provided. I was impressed with how they resolved the drainage issues that we got them to come and re-sod the backyard. Very professional guys who stand behind their work. Will definitely call them in the future for any landscaping needs.

We contracted to completely redo our driveway with paving and re-do our front yard. It didn't take us long to be impressed with the expertise and experience. Very upfront and honest - defintly qualities we appreciated. Zero surprises. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism, expedience and reliability. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are thrilled with the dramatically improved curb appeal of our house - we have had several neighbors take notice of how good the paving looks.

I have been a longtime customer and get my ducts cleaned on a yearly basis. The amount of debris removed amazes me each time. Equally important is having my dryer vent cleared - which is always backed up with a good amount of lint. It gives me peace of mind with regards to fire safety, especially with my kids in the house. The guys are always clean and come prepared to get the job done on time and when they say they will. They have always left my house as clean as they found it. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

After having neglected my lawn for the past two summers, I decided to give Metro Lawn Sprinklers a try. Their works always arrived on time and covered all corners of the lawn. I was happy with their attention to detail and the excellent price.

I had my porch steps redone by ForeverStoneDesign early this year and was happy with their professionalism. They were able to show me samples of the stones before I made a decision, and provided good advice for stones which were less prone to cracking. Thanks for the awesome job, I would definitely deal with them again.

I had Renaissance help out with touching up the paint in one of the rooms in my house. They did the job as promised, but could probably have done it faster. Although I am satisfied overall, other customers might expect the work to be done in a shorter time frame.

I had my windows cleaned by Exterior Window Cleaning and found that they did an excellent job. No streaky or dripping windows were left over, showing their attention to detail. Thanks for the excellent service.

I had my roof repaired last summer and was happy with the service. They came and worked on time and were very professional. The quality of work was excellent as well. I would definitely use their services again.
