This is the second time that we've called on Tom to help with a lock problem. On both occasions he responded quickly and dealt with the problem effectively, explained what he was doing, and why he uses the products he installs. And was friendly and courteous. Can't ask for anything more than that.
We were ripped off. Period. He said all the right things but was not telling the truth. Downpayment was lost. No calls back. Stay away from this company if you have more sense than we did.
