We chose Spiros to replace our roof because of the competitive price and he seemed to be very popular in the neighbourhood. He did the work as promised, on time and cleaned up after he finished. My only concern is that that winter we had a leak near one of the ventilation openings. When we called him back he said it was due to the snow melting, not his issue. I was not happy, but it has never leaked again so I guess he was right. No other problems in the last 6 years.

We had a break-in and called Tim for emergency repairs. He presented himself as reliable, concerned and ethical. In repairing our door he caused damage to another part of the entryway. After finishing his work, he assured us he would fix the damage ASAP and even wrote it on our receipt. Multiple phone calls and requests and months later he continued to avoid repairing or paying for damage. He gave us many excuses and kept asking for more time. After several months we went through the BBB. Unfortunately, even with their involvement he refused to do anything and to this day has not apologized or attempted to right the situation. I would never recommend him or his company for service.
