The owner seemed really nice, however, when there was a problem, like water was pouring inside our house through our light fixtures and ceiling fans during 2 days of rain in the middle of the job, he was not willing to accept that it was because of their tarp that had holes in it. We ended up having to put it through insurance to get the necessary repairs to water damaged walls and ceilings. The cleanup was very subpar as well. He had to send the crew back to clean up again, but we are still finding nails in the gardens 3 years later.
