Saturday we had a partial failure of our electrical panel. Peter responded and was on site within an hour. Did a temporary repair to restore power and replaced the panel today. No hassle at all. A little more expensive but well worth it. I highly recommend him.

For the second time I have had Enercare into my home to service my furnace and replace my rental hot water heater. The first occasion they red tagged my furnace and shut off it off in the middle of winter. ( The red tagged was removed the next day after another contractor inspected it and advised it was fine. This time I had a leaky hot water heater had to be replaced. They advised the venting needed to be upgraded, which they couldn't do. They disconnected the heater after advising that I had to use their referred contractor to do the venting. I was left with no hot water and at the mercy of a contractor who had an exclusive agreement with them. My recommendation is only use Enercare as a LAST RESORT.

Great service. After checking them out, called and they were there in a couple of days to quote. I priced checked them and they were the best deal and didn't try to make the job bigger than it was. Placed the order and while the weather delayed us, they had them replaced within the promised time frame. The installation day, they simply turned up did there job. A little mess inside but nothing to worry about. I'd recommend them without hesitation. No leaks so far...

Joe the service technician seemed to be on a mission to sell us a new furnace. He went straight for the heat exchanger, searched and found a problem. He wouldn't consider replacing the heat exhanger and only wanted to sale us a new furnace. He also refused to complete the job he was hired for (to clean the furnace) and charged us for cleaning it even when he refused too..
