Greg was polite and professional on the phone in explaining his services and answering all questions. He was able to come the next day. He arrived on time (even a bit early which was good), explained the work that needed to be done, and did an excellent job. He wore shoe covers and laid out a fabric to work, answered all questions throughout, worked quickly, tested everything, and was very personable and proficient in all the work we required. Spoke with Dmitry the first time I called. Made an appointment for the next afternoon, and he and his co-worker arrived right when he said they would. They found a way around a tricky pipe layout, replaced it, and even created a better pipe positioning in the process. They also cleaned after themselves and cut the old pipe into smaller pieces so they'd be easier to discard. Everything is working now. Couldn't be happier with the prompt, professional service.
