I would begin by thanking Frank at Viking Sheds for returning my call and addressing my concern. Most contractors I called didn't even call me back when it came to repairing my backyard pavilion. Frank returned my call and requested some pictures to be sent to him, to get an idea of what was needed to properly advise me of the approximate costs and worked involved. When I sent him the pictures I was not able to get the roofing pictures, so he decided to pay me a visit. Frank quickly assessed what was needed quoted me the exact costs and came the following week to repair and refresh my structure. It now looks better than when it was initially built. Frank is a true craftsman and a true gentleman. Thank you again Frank!!
