This summer we had a small leak in our pools liner. We Emptied the pool ourselves in attempt to find the leak. We couldn't find it so we contacted The Pool Company who sent out a contractor the following day. He found the leak within 10 minutes of being there fixed it as it was repairable. He was polite, and never even walk through our house, he stayed outside. Definitely would call them back again for repairs or a new liner.
We booked our appointment and got a scheduled appointment within two days. The gentleman the came was right on time, and very polite. He cleaned our furnace and recommended that we get a carbon monoxide detector as it could save our lives if anything were to happen. He took his time at cleaning the furnace and left no clean up in our laundry room. I would definitely have my furnaced cleaned again by this company and recommend them to friends and family.
I went into Lowes to purchase lighting for my bathroom I was re-doing. I purchased the 3 light antique brushed nickel lighting. I was greeted when I entered the store, but I needed help as I didn't have my father with me. I couldn't find anyone who was free and I waited 15 minutes so I left and returned the next day with my father who was able to help me. Although no one helped me the lady at the cash register was extremely polite, and wished me a happy holidays and a great evening.
Purchased tile flooring for bathroom
Went into the Keswick home hardware to purchase bonavista tile to cover the floor in my master bathroom. There was a salesman there who helped me pick out my tile to match the wall colors. He was extremely friendly and suggested other products I might need for doing my tiles, such as floor tile adhesive. He helped carry my stuff to the cash register where I was cashed out by another friendly staff member.
