Bed Quality/Material product that you can not even imagine living in Canada, When you visit the store and looked at the furniture you don't see all hidden spot and just take words of sales rep and trust them but everything turned out other way around , Extended Warranty sold based on wrong information, I found out when contacted the company. Customer care after sale is horrible. Quality of Material is far behind expectation. Making false promises and failed to full fill Customer Complaint. Totally Ripping the customer off. I have taken my case to Ministry of Consumer Services. if anybody has similar experience and need my help, please contact me.
