In the course of owning a rental property I have had to deal with numerous contractors and I can confidently say Hamid is the only one I have actually liked and fully trusted. Hamid and his team performed a partial basement renovation on the property related to waterproofing work performed by another contractor - the scope included demolition and rebuilding of the basement stairs. The work was performed efficiently and competently, they were respectful of my tenants and the cost as quoted was exactly what we paid. The end result was even better than I had hoped it would be with extra care shown in finishing touches by the team. Ryan and his team painted a portion of my home's interior including a bedroom, basement, and stairwell. The work was very well done, edges and floor properly taped off and protected and also performed some wall repair. Ryan was very accommodating, quoted fairly and stuck to the quote with no hidden costs.
