We had our custom fronts for our cabinets repainted. Paint core picked up the fronts resprayed them and installed back into our kitchen. The following feedback was also provided directly to Aimee. The pros: The service was timely. All of the staff was responsive, friendly and professional. There was a bit of a communication mix up during installation but the owner (Rade) apologized and offered a small discount which was appreciated. Cons: Instead of Benjamin Moore Cloud White (previous colour) they use a matching system and our previously white fronts are a cream colour (which does not match the rest of the kitchen, including the panels, quartz counters and the wall colour). I was assured that the paint colour would be matched. It was not matched l. I don’t think the paint at Paintcore is very good quality. We are a year in and it is already chipping off. The paint is also sticky to the touch in many places. Aimee did get back to us to offer a repaint which we appreciated as many companies do not do the right thing when things don’t go well. We drove back and forth to Mississauga to drop off samples. They tried to match the colour. It was not exactly the same as our original colour but it was better than their first try and I requested a repaint date. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a reply. I’ve emailed, texted and called……multiple times.

We had AA flooring install Twelve Oaks engineered flooring for our kitchen. The price was reasonable (it was on sale) and they were able to install on short notice. Unfortunately, the floor is already cracking and chipping along the seams in multiple areas (after only 5 months). Unsure of whether this was a product or install issue I followed up with my sales person (Peter R) and was told that a rep would come to my home to assess. I have called and emailed multiple times and no one has come to look at the flooring. We finally gave up on AA floors after months of following up. We originally ordered this product for our entire first floor but started with the kitchen first. Thank goodness this horrible product is only in our kitchen. We won’t use AA again and we certainly won’t purchase twelve oaks products. There is nothing more disappointing than having new floors that are already breaking down.
