I was referred to Three Towers by my designer who said I should give them a try, and after visiting their showroom I ordered 4800 square feet of 7" wide white oak engineered flooring. At $7.99/sqft the price was not cheap, but when I compared to others that were asking $12 or $15 for the same thing, it was just too good of a price to pass down. My contractor said he wanted to meet with them as well, and 2 of the owners, John and Domenic drove out to our home to meet the contractor, they explained the manufacturing process, they gave their thoughts on the install, and our contractor was so impressed he has contracted Three Towers for his other projects as well. Their showroom manager, Casie was absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable about hardwood flooring and he did a great job of explaining the different options available to us. Once I made the order, he arranged for us to be present at their factory in Georgetown to approve my finish. He said that they don't usually do that, but when they have a large order such as mine they actually encourage it. He explained to us how they operate three installation crews, and made sure that he would send us their best installer, Vlad for our job. Vlad is very professional, his attention to detail was phenominal. I am pleased to have had them work for us. They obviously have a passion for what they do and they have earned my future business. Our contractor and designer are so impressed with them that they have already given them more work. I just want to thank the whole team at Three Towers for doing such a great job on my home.
