Got Moore and Russell thru hiring another company (a national retail chain) to install my AC unit. So legitimately did not choose M&R. In summary, they ended up messing up the job, and took many months to take responsibility to come and fix it UNTIL I called the national retailer to chase M&R down, and like a miracle they called me back immediately. Would I recommend them based on my experience - no I would not. Installing AC units - is Big Money right now - and they seem like they got lucky with a big account (a national chain) and can choose to ignore customers until their 'boss account' calls them. I would never hire them myself, especially given the dollar amounts involved. Unless you are really desperate, I would source other options.

Very professional team at Westside Pest Control. From initial call to scheduling, to the e-receipt, and follow-up. I have used Westside before for other pest related issues in the past. The onsite rep was efficient, clean, professional - and quickly eradicated our issue. I would not hesitate to call Westside again for assistance.

Our 8 year old Kenmore (made by Samsung) Dryer stopped working - and put in a call to Amin and NewTech. We had used NewTech before for prior appliance repairs (dishwasher). NewTech rep (Rihot) was a professional and very quickly diagnosed the issue (heating element), and replaced the part. After the repair, there was a minor issue with the circuit breaker tripping. I called Amin back, and was able to get to the bottom of that separate issue very quickly over the phone (with an additional guarantee that if that issue was not to root cause then NewTech will come back again for free since they 100% stand behind their work). I greatly appreciated NewTech's quality of service and expertise, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Found NewTech on HomeStars - glad we did. Amin promptly returned our call, and Hassam came out for the repair. We had an electrical issue with our 5 yr old KitchenAid dishwasher - and Hassam quickly diagnosed and conducted the repair efficiently and professionally. Will call upon NewTech for any future appliance related issues/repairs.

I was referred to Ram at East West alum craft for my back driveway fence/gate. The quality of craftsmanship was very high - and I couldn't be happier with the gate. Ram and his team was very professional.

My wife and I were originally introduced to Robert Redford Electric by our home inspector, Ted Gilmour (http://www.theco.ca/). We had a bunch of mini-projects around our home - such as installing a surge protector, smoke/co2 detectors, programmable thermostats, various electrical wiring fixes to undue the previous owners mistakes etc. Their staff was very professional, polite and did great work, at a reasonable cost. My contact with Robert was via email/phone and his original quote was bang on with no surprises. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Redford Electric to others and also wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future electric related projects at our home.
