Prompt reliable service along with excellent product
We highly recommend Bast. We had a terrible past experience with Service 1st & a Continental gas insert that was noisy and didn't warm our space. We went to Bast & had a totally positive experience; we were given detailed information, we didn't feel pressured to buy and the Valor gas insert is an excellent product. Christian was very patient answering all our questions. The Bast installers arrived on time, were professional, happy and left everything spotless. The insert is beautiful, whisper quiet and keeps our family room perfectly warm. We are very happy with Bast and our Valor.
