This is the 3rd time I've used Epic Roofing. I live in Vanc and have never met anyone of them. Yet, they did EVERYTHING very seamlessly. Originally, I used them for a major hailstorm in 2014 for an insurance claim. They fixed everything very well. Unfortunately, there was damage due to a windstorm in 2021 and they fixed it under the warranty 6/7 years later at no charge. Unfortunately, there was another windstorm in March 2024 which created some more minor damage. Even though, the cost was under $400, they gave me some priority. When they were delayed at another job, they took the time to communicate with the tenant and me. This time, I dealt with the the Service Mgr and the Service Project Mgr. I wish that all trades people are that great to deal with. If you're on the fence, please don't be. YOU WILL NOT REGRET CONTRACTING EPIC

They weren’t the cheapest quote I got, but I was very happy. Their workmanship is awesome, their communication is awesome and they showed up right on time. I have already told my neighbor and brother about them and happy to recommend their services to anyone reading this.

They arrived on time to do replace two toilet zone valves. Did a great job and best of all, at a VERY fair price. I will definitely use their services again and am delighted to refer them to anyone who wants a professional job done at reasonable prices. Give them a try, you will be happy you did!!

Tom was easy to communicate it and prompt with his responses. He came highly recommended to me by a colleague and I was just as pleased! he did a great job with our gutter cleaning and charged a fair price. I would have no hesitation in using his services again-he also does window cleaning, pressure washing, hedge trimming and pruning.

I found Ron at W & J Heating, wonderful to deal with. He was great at following through, fair with his quote and installed the furnace when he said he would. I was very concerned about the timing just before Christmas, as the house had absolutely no heat, but W & J Heating came through. They even gave me a 10 year parts and labour warranty!
