Very professional, courteous, and thorough. Came in a timely manner. Explained everything. Took care during the assessment to take off boots inside and keep the house/basement clean during the job. Cleaned up afterwards. Very respectful. Showed me his work while doing the assessment. Gave good honest advice. I recommend them and will use them again.
