Communicated with Asif over email and got the job quoted, much preferable to the other quotes where people want to meet you at your house and talk for 1hr. Price was competitive. I was looking to remove the old unit that was on the second floor, which required a scissor lift, and replace it with a new unit eight feet off the ground. The scissor lift was dropped off by an independent contractor and I signed receipt. Jean and Osamah came soon after and were very personable and indulged all my requests (eg cutting brackets shorter). I picked Carrier's base line model, which is maybe a bit loud, but that's on me. Ac Experts did exactly as asked and in a short timeline, would recommend.

Wanted some weird legacy tanks removed from house and a new washing sink put in. Was a bit of an awkward job but Dave did a wonderful job from quote to close. Took the time to consult where to put shut-offs and how to have the plumbing look, including making a change at my wife's request. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our dryer wasn't working and kept 're-sensing' the load and extending the duration of the dry cycle. We suspected that maybe the sensor was broken? Great communication from the company and the tech came out quickly and was very personable. We explained the problem, he looked at the setup, and offered to replace the sensor. This didn't fix the problem, however. My mother-in-law ended up with the answer, telling me to clean out all the vents/ducts. Thus the mixed review. If you know what your problem is and want them to do it, then great. Very reasonably priced, also. However, if you're unsure what's wrong and want to advice, perhaps not the best?
