I was concerned about an exterior water shut off valve that seemed to be leaking, especially with the cold weather now upon us. I found the company on HomeStars and their reviews, all recent, were tops. I called Alex, sent him pictures before he came over to make sure he had the right parts and quoted the price prior to coming. He was very professional, arrived on time and did a great job. Alex and his company are on my contact list for a plumber and I have already shared my great experience with family and friends.

My lawn looks worse than the start of the season although my sod was newly installed 2 years ago. My front lawn is either dead or full of weeds. There service is not worth anything. They won’t call the day before the service and during the summer I gad close to 7 weeks when they did not treat the lawn . In fact, I am still waiting for late summer fertilizer although it is now oct 4. Do not recommend and in fact, I would like a refund. I have cancelled my ‘continuous service’ with them. Update The response provided by the company is erroneous. The number to call us the main line and no refund or satisfaction was provided. The 5th service for late summer fertilizer was supposed to done on sept. 30th. As of today, still not done. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

I contacted Goldwell after getting many companies to provide an estimate for the work. Kris came to view the project, immediately identified what was to be done and provided a reasonable quote within 48 hours. While I had to wait about 6 weeks for the work to be done, I am very happy with the outcome and workmanship. Kris provided a 5 year guarantee which gave me peace of mind.

Worst service. Called wed morning, no hot water. First avaialable appreciate next day 8 pm to midnight. Serviceman arrives, needs parts. Parts deliverable Friday at noon. No spot to install parts until Sunday 6 pm. I have paid $5,400 over 18 yrs to rent this tank and can't get reliable timely service. All I get is I am sorry. Escalation to customer care tells you the same, sorry no earlier appointment available. I am fine with thus company!

Great service. Was very happy with the floors and service. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.my floors look great and am very impressed overall. Would recommend them highly.

After 18 years, my roof was in need of replacement. I searched out 4 quotes which varied considerably, but I did search for companies that were highly rated on Homestars. I decided to use Robert and The Cutting Edge because he was honest, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and was always available when I called. I searched the shingles that he was using and knew I was getting a goid product. His team of 5 roofers arrived promptly at 8:30 am and finished the job with no difficulty. It was a pleasure dealing with the company and I would highly recommend them.

Had Reilly install some protective locks on my French doors in my kitchen. Had someone come and give me a quote which was reasonable. Had to call them back several times as the screws were constantly loosening. Finally Mark the installer came back and screwed the door from the outside which does not look that great. They tried to charge me another $150 and I refused to pay given it was their fault.

Worst company. Cut wires to my washing machine to try to show me it was a motor problem and then quoted $300 for a new part. I asked if the part was new or used, said it was new, but when the technician, Ram, brings the part from the trunk of his car, it is old looking and crusty. I paid the $40 house visit charge and told him to eave.

Had several windows replaced by Brock. Competitive quote, excellent service and very reliable. Very very pleased with the work and would highly recommend. I love my new windows and they are very energy efficient. Thank you Brock Doors

After calling 3 plumbers to fix a problem leaky bathyroom sink, finally got Direct Energy technician to solve my problem. Fixed it quickly, no mess with courteous prompt service. Would highly recommend.
