After having numerous roofers no show (I've been trying to have this done for a few years now), I was pleased when Ryan not only managed to return my initial call on the same day, but was also able to do the installation. We did have a few hiccups with scheduling, but Ryan was apologetic and when he arrived to provide the quote, he brought all required materials to do the work on the spot. Photos were provided and a digital invoice as well.

Joe provided a collection of jobs for the exterior of our house. Waterproofing brick, replacement of rotted wood above door, creation of hinged gate and installation of drip cap on parging. He communicated very well, called if he was going to be later, provided detailed invoices and talked you through the work to be done. He researched products to find the most appropriate. Would absolutely have Joe back.
