Edit July 20, 2021: After speaking with Dave from Sunnyside, I'm revising a couple points in my review to make sure it is accurate. Sunnyside did a good job cleaning our windows and eaves, but I felt that better communication would have managed expectations I had of timelines. We booked for the week of July 5th but they didn't come that week or advise of an updated date. The booking confirmation says "Please note, all work is weather permitting. If we experience rain or heavy winds we will have to reschedule to the next available date." which I understand, but it would have still been nice for them to be proactive about contacting their customers. Instead I called the following week on Tuesday and was told I was scheduled that afternoon, but if it rained then they would come the next day. Unfortunately, they didn't come and I wasn't contacted with an updated timeline. I called on the Thursday evening and left a voicemail which they returned the next day letting me know they'd be coming that day. I understand due to weather there will be delays, but I'm surprised it was delayed so much when there were only a couple of days with rain. While the job done was completed well, it was unfortunate to have three sopping wet yard waste bags with the debris from the gutters left at the side of my house. When I picked them up to move them the bottom gave out which I needed to clean up. Dave clarified that they have tried things to deal with this, but haven't been able to find a solution. He let me know that if I had contacted Sunnyside about the concern they would have sent someone out to clean up the mess which I will need to keep in mind for next time. I would suggest to have the individuals taking care of the job speak with the homeowner to find out if they have bins that could be used instead of the bags, as it would have saved some trouble. Dave did try to make this right, and I appreciate that.

Scheduled a much needed cleaning of our ductless AC unit. They did a great job cleaning the unit and only took about 30 minutes. The two gentlemen who came to clean the unit were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they left a bit of a mess. There was debris left on the stairs (easy enough for me to vacuum), but they also left dirty hand prints on my walls and ceiling which will require me to set up a step ladder on my stairs to clean. I notified the company and they thanked me for the feedback but did not apologize for the mess or offer to come back to clean it. For a AC cleaning service that costs this much I would expect them to leave the space the same way they found it.

Our front porch steps were sagging in the middle and becoming unstable. Sal came to the rescue, demolishing the old steps, pouring a new concrete foundation and rebuilding them properly with new materials and a natural stone top. Sal's pricing was competitive with other quotes but I selected Sal as he seemed like a straight shooter and honest about the work needing to be done. I found Sal to be true to his word and easy to work with. He made sure the job was completed before winter and did his best to minimize any impact to the existing porch and stone walkway. After the job was complete and paid for, there was one part of the final build I wasn't completely satisfied with after thinking it over for a couple of days. I contacted Sal who was quick to respond and came out the next morning to address my concerns. I would definitely work with Sal again!

Thank you for your awesome review. The weather was the only onstical through the whole process however we were able to tackle through it and the wind results were phenomenal. The rating applied is due to MRG being late for scheduled appointments. On Aug 2, I booked MRG to visit my home on Aug 10 to take care of the following: - fix split on a breaker - replace outdoor GFI outlet - fix wiring in light box in bedroom (exposed wiring) - install a new thermostat On Aug 10, Shadie arrived two hours late. He got to work right away but didn't apologize for the delay. Shadie was able to fix the breaker and replace the outdoor outlet, but wasn't able to replace the thermostat due to the wiring on the boiler. For the light box, he said he would need to return with someone else to assist and we scheduled him and his boss, Mike, to return at 8am a couple days later. I received a text from Mike about 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive letting me know he had to respond to an emergency call and wouldn't be there until 11am. I decided to cancel, as I didn't feel comfortable working with a company that was going to be late for a second booked appointment.

Hi Chris. First off I would like to thank you for your business and the feedback you are providing. I am sorry to hear there was a miscommunication around Shad's arrival time. We provided an arrival window and Shad arrived just before that window was closed as his previous clients added more installs, as they were very pleased with his work, than anticipated. It was unfortunate timing that I received a call from a client that her air conditioner power was malfunctioning on one of the hottest days of the year with a very small baby at home less than an hour before your next appointment. Out GE fridge was making a clicking noise every time the motor started and I felt that it was going to die soon. I called High Tech Appliance Service on a Friday at 2pm and George said he could come by 5pm the same day, however, I opted to wait until Saturday. George arrived on time and was able to quickly determine that a new main board was required. He ordered the part, came back the following day (on time again) and fixed it in a timely manner. Everything now seems to be working correctly thanks to George. I highly recommend calling High Tech if you need any of your appliances serviced.
