Both Thao and Kent were very easy to work with. I found Thao easy to get a hold of. She did all of the discussion, layout and payment portion of the transaction. Kent and his crew did the actual granite install/production. They were recommended to me from a previous customer and friend. Kent is a perfectionist! No other way to describe him. I have 2 seams in my granite and they are barely noticeable. Everyone who visits my new kitchen is impressed with my countertops. I remember that our price was very competitive and right along side all the other quotes we got. Things that impressed me: 1. They were on time and delivered when promised 2. They were tidy and cleaned up after the install 3. They were pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Thao and Kent for any of your marble/granite needs.

Lou and his brother Marino are so easy going. This is my 3rd time using their services. We are so happy with their work. They installed a gas line for the stove and fireplace. In addition they added 2 new vent (returns) for the furnace. Both jobs were labour intensive and tricky. Lou and Marino did minimal adjustments to the placement of our new vents. Their suggestions were a lovely addition to our existing layout. I would whole heartedly recommend both Lou and Marino for your next project. They are so personable, but more importantly they are excellent professionals. Things that impressed me: 1. They got straight to work and finished promptly. 2. They were tidy and cleaned up before they left. 3. Lou followed up with us to make sure we were happy. I don't remember exactly what we paid for this job, but I do remember is was right in line with the other quotes we had.

Lou and his amazing crew did a fantastic job running ducts through the addition to our house. He took the time to created the most efficient heating/AC route to run the ducts. Lou also made sure that the completed job was esthetically pleasing, something a lot of trades people can't be bothered with. He created all the duct work by hand (not pre cut sheet metal). Lou and his crew were punctual, tidy and quiet. I would without a doubt recommend Lou and his crew for any HVAC work you need.
