Nandra and Leroy were so professional and kind. We had no heat, and it was the end of the day, but Nandra had Leroy come anyway. He fixed the issue in minutes, and even gave me tips on lowering our heating bill, and carbon monoxide monitors. Nandra even called the next day to check-in...and there was another problem...Leroy came to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service, we will never call anyone else for these services. Oh, and Leroy is funny too!
