Highly recommend Wycliffe! We decided to have our backyard patio done. Nino came out and made some suggestions and even went to meet us at the showroom so we could see the actual stones laid out which made it easier to decide on design, colour and texture. Although the stone delivery was delayed bc of covid, Nino kept us in the loop. The guys that came were hard workers, efficient and did a wonderful job. My patio looks awesome and we are very happy with the outcome. Next is the driveway! Thanks Nino and team!

Met with sales rep who was very knowledgable and provided helpful suggestions for the best windows for our home. We decided to go ahead with the order. We were told the order would take approximately 8-12 weeks...but reality came about 5 months later. We were called with an installation date on 3 different occasions and even confirmed one the week before and all 3 times the installers did not show. We were told there was some sort of miscommunication and they apologized for any inconvenience. What they failed to understand is that we moved all our furniture having to put it all back and took time off work all three times. They team who installed the windows were fantastic. They worked quickly, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and did a final inspection after the installation. We were very happy with our new windows despite the miscommunication/disorganization of the installation dates.
