Thomas Blatter is the owner of this company. He worked onsite with his crew to help us build a deck, do retaining walls, and do landscaping. They were a friendly and professional team. Thomas followed standards to make sure the work was good quality and would last. We received cheaper quotes from other companies but they didn't seem to care about things like proper drainage from the house and using quality materials. We are happy with the work that he did, and we are going to be using him in the future to do our front yard.

I believe the owner's name is Richard Guo. Speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. When we called him in the morning, he asked us to email him a picture of our lock and he gave us a quote shortly thereafter. He said he could come in a few hours. He did end up being late, but said it was because a customer asked him to work on more locks than they initially asked him to do. He basically unscrewed the lock and took the unit to work in his car. Afterwards, he gave us three keys for the rekeyed lock. He worked quickly, didn't damage the lock, and stuck to his price of $40.

We hired Ted to do renovations based on a referral from friends. Ted was a breath of fresh air compared to experiences we have had with other renovators, who we had to hound to come back and finish their jobs and who went above the initial quotes they gave us. Ted's rates are reasonable and the quality of his work is good. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing. We found him to be efficient, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. We have been referring him to our friends and would not hesitate to hire him again if we need any renovations in the future.
