A location I've frequented for my feeder fish supplies needed for my animals back home, they have been consistent with their service and supplies. Like a previous reviewer said, they do not stock much on exotic pet supplies as they are mostly tailored to koi fish, cat and dog owners and are more mainstream. I'm very happy with the service Ken provided me last time I entered as he was very knowledgable about his feeder fish species and knew what he was talking about unlike many service representatives who will pretend to know.

I used Mighty Movers back in 2008 when I moved from my townhouse to my current building in the West Side of Vancouver and was thrilled with their attention to detail. I have many prized possessions (Grand Piano, Artwork left behind from my family etc) and the movers were gentle but firm with the process of transporting the goods from the house into their truck. Unlike many of the movers that have unwritten "fine print" such as paying more in order for assembly etc, the men were professional and exceeded all of my expectations. They completed moving my Grand Piano and my loaded 3 bedrooms under 4 hours. You reallly do get what you pay for! I was treated like royalty and never was worried once about my posesssions.

My experience with La-Z-Boy is not a particularly friendly experience. Back in March of 2010, I went to the Vancouver location to purchase a coffee table for my new home. The service was quite friendly and that is something to be noted. I brought my truck the next day to pick up the coffee table (which I was told in stock) and was then told it was on back order. I call approximately 4 weeks later and they tell me the table is being shipped to the location. I call another 4 weeks later and I realize that "being shipped" was merely an excuse as an order for my coffee table had not been actually placed into the system. In the end, I asked for my deposit back and have not returned back to La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.

I was previously involved with CBA (A Chinese-based Alarm Service) in Vancouver for my security services. After a break-in, I changed my alarm services for several reasons. After the alarm activated, they simply called me while I was on vacation asking, "Should we call the alarm?" (Unlike many of the newer security services, they do not have patrolling cars or officers). Secondly, they could not find a way to secure my home or provide comfort to me in anyway so I had to panic on vacation and call my neighbour (who was on vacation) to somehow secure my house. There are other alarm services that are out there who are willing to do much more (patrol, come to your house, secure the property, alert the police etc).

Honest about the services necessary to repair the heating issue in my house and were extremely honest about their services (to the point they returned the rebates on the product! I would have never found out) They were always on-time and I have nothing but good words to say about this company. I have called the Reid Brothers several times for any problems that arise about my house and they have been efficient saving me many times in the winter.

I contacted Sami Electric to rewire some of the poorly and exposed wiring that was left behind by my previous contractor and was quite pleased by their efficient service. Being located in Kerrisdale, they were always on-time and reliable and met all of my expectations. This company is one I would recommend for small home renovation projects due to their friendliness and availability. I loved how they asked when I was free and worked their schedule around mine.

I came to Fraser Aquarium to purchase feeder fish for my animals back at home that frequently consume these little ones. I was quite impressed by the lady named Jane that struck up a conversation with me and was extremely familiar with the particular fish species that were available and the stock. The thing is that the store is quite small with limited parking, so it makes things quite out of reach. However, a nice little aquarium shop with a large variety of fish.

I switched over to Provident Security after a break-in many years ago and the service has nothing been excellent. The company promises to send a company vehicle over to the house if the alarm is activated (unlike many of the other companies that simply call and ask, "Your alarm has been activated, should we call 911?") They also offer excellent service and are more than willing to make you comfortable if an emergency situation does arise. Highly recommended.
