Rob's Albertan is a good company to deal with. Their technicians are top notch. Today our furnace was serviced by Paul R. Paul is a very efficient technician. He was very polite and friendly and easy to talk to. He was also very thoughtful about taking off his shoes and explained that he has indoor shoe covers but didn't use them as the moisture from the snow would come through onto our floors.
