Unhappy with Warm hearth in Maple Ridge

Rick the owner installed my wood burning stove incorrectly, he installed a 5 inch chimney liner even though the manufacturer required a 6 inch but an 8 inch is preferred. After dozens of calls and messages at Warm hearth and Ricks own number he has never repaired it. I served papers for suing him as well as registered mail, he ignored both, no respect for the law of the land. The court required me to go to the government office to get exact name and info as to who owns it, it turns out he hasn't bought a business license since 2002. Do your due diligence before buying from Warm Hearth in maple ridge, there are many other businesses that are way more reputable.
