Central air conditioning installation
Salesman was knowlegable and helpful, responded quickly and accurately to queries. Installer argued about agreed on location of compressor unit, spliced new unit into existing old line set. Salesman explained that use of the old line set was typical, but I would have preferred to have known this in advance.

The install was explained as per standard industry straight exchange procedure. As in replacing a gas furnace, the existing duct work remains utilised. As replacement of a radiator in a car, the existing hoses & piping are still utilized.
Install was facilitated accordingly.
