We purchased most of our fixtures from Fibretech in Coquitlam. Shannon from Fibretech was a star! She was super knowledgable and friendly. She was also very attentive and listened to what our needs were. There were a few times where we went there and had to deal with other associates that caused some confusion. But dealing with Shannon was a breeze. We had to exchange a couple of items because of fitting issue and there was never any issue. Couple of the small parts took way longer than expected to arrive but overall, the project was completed on time. Prices were fair and there are a lot of selections to choose from. We would recommend Fibretech and suggest to deal with Shannon directly.

Over the holidays, our radiant heating system appears to be malfunctioning. Our bedroom zone was calling for heat when it was not suppose to and so it became 4 degrees C hotter overnight. I tried to diagnosed the issue myself to rule out simple issues such as thermostat. Long story short, I did end up putting in a new thermostat but the issue is still persisting (or so I thought?). We called Westmount Heating over the holidays but unfortunately it was over the holidays and nobody got back to me until January 2. Mirch gave us a call and he was able to come on site the same day. Mirch was knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough diagnostic and did some maintenance on our system and couldn't find anything wrong with the system. He suspects the replacement of the thermostat probably fixed the issue. Either way, we're happy with the service and would have given a 10/10 review if someone was manning the phones over the holidays and got back to me sooner.

We moved in to our house not too long ago and know immediately the replacement of the garage door is imminent. We got multiple quotes and decided to go through Costco, which is contracted out to Door Pro for the ordering and service. The sales rep from Door Pro was very attentive and responsive for the ordering process. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were told upfront that our new garage door will take 6 weeks to come in which we were ready for. At the time of install, the contractors were good and did the job well. However, parts of our garage door was missing (window inserts). For 2 weeks we tried to contact someone from Door Pro to resolve the issue with no avail. We left messages. We finally got a hold of someone after 2 weeks and staff from Door Pro said nothing was ordered or done for this, even though our original order was accurate. We proceed to place another order with them which they indicated it will take another 3-4 weeks and scheduled another installation date. On the installation date, Door Pro contacted us and advised that the inserts came but in the wrong colour!! No apologies from Door Pro, they called just to advise us that the inserts are in the wrong color and the installer will not be coming out. We had to contact Door Pro again and place another order to get the correct colour and will take another 3 weeks and schedule another installation date. On the morning of the scheduled installation date, they called again saying they are not able to do the install and have to reschedule for the following week. This order was originally placed in September and our garage door order is still not complete. I understand things come up and people make mistakes. Luckily, someone is home readily available during this time to accommodate these rolling install dates. I can't imagine if people are working and actually need to take time off from work for things like this. Overall, we are happy with the product itself (Amarr garage door) and the installers were good. But the process of getting this all done is very frustrating and we're still waiting for the final product to be completed.

Moved in to our new home and wanted a security system for our place. Was doing some research online regarding companies such as ADT, Brink, etc. After compared a few prices, we decided to go with ADT. Admiral was referred by a friend and they also provide ADT security systems. They sales guy was very prompt and seems to be very knowledgeable. I told him he gave my friend a deal and I want the same deal. He opened his book and wrote down every deal that he made in the past and found the same deal (which was better than the one he offered me in the first place).

After moving to our new home for approximately 1 year, we were advised by the builder that there is a defect in our existing kitchen faucet and requires replacement of a part. Professional Mechanical was given the task of visiting each home to repair. There customer service rep was friendly and the technician has visited our home in a timely manner and was very quick on replacing the part. Very courteous.

Looking to furnish our new home with nice decor and kitchen utensils, etc. Excellent selection at this particular location and unbeatable prices. They sell good quality products. We occasionally check out the store to see what new items they have. From bath to kitchen and everything in between!

Was looking for a first home for my wife and I. First open house that we went to after looking doing research online for a few months. Very impressed with the details, design and functionality. Very happy with the service and attention that the sales rep. has provided.
