Driveway was thick but had washboarding. You can clearly see it in rain and snow, and slightly feel it when driving over it. I sent a picture to him, but no answer. Also, I asked for a receipt for taxes and got no response. I payed a lot of tax. I wonder.
Paul guaranteed a superior job and didnt deliver. 4 days turned to 4 weeks. Workers started late in the day and ended early with no supervision . There are so many mistakes clearly visible. Crooked, uneven, sliced, broken shingles all over. And so much damage to my property. A bad leak even occured because of poor workmanship, causing significant damage to my interior. Their attempts at fixing things were worse or didn't happen. We also collected 70 or 80 nails from our driveway and yard. A nightmare you hear about on the news. Don't gamble with KL roofing
sincerely sorry the job didnt turn out as promised. the persons responsible for the items in question have been terminated from the company. I would like to point out the the damage to the interior was fixed through our insurance. also the things that didnt get addressed were because both you and KL roofing had settled and agreed to go our separate ways. Again my sincere apologies, we have taken measures to insure this doesn't happen again.
