⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars: Maju and Jaysan are the “Dream Team” for window coverings. After a long renovation we were finally in the happy position to look at window coverings. We had new custom windows and doors so we needed custom window coverings. We actually met Maju and Jaysan at the home show. They were always available to take my telephone calls when we needed help to decide where to terminate our crown mouldings and where to place a receptacle in the ceiling for a future motorized window coverings. When it was time for them to come on site they attended with their masks, sample product and fabrics, pictures and measuring tape. We are thrilled with the window coverings and equally as important the installation. Maju and Jaysan are very patient and detail oriented. It was important for us to maintain the architectural appearance of our 4 panel door that had a fixed transom on top, but how? Maju and Jason knew how: blackout blinds for the transom, 2 tandem roller blinds on each half of the door which allowed light in when the first blind was deployed and full blackout when the second blind was down. These guys are brilliant. They listen, don’t try to upsell you and deliver the look you want without sacrificing functionality. In the living room they gave us 3 separate blinds within one horizontal valanced box. This gave the window a streamlined look and made the blinds functional with independent operation of the three blinds to suit our needs with the operational windows. Clean, sleek, modern looking and functional! All in all Maju and Jaysan know the products thoroughly, act professionally, respect your property, keep you informed throughout the process and always contact you prior to arrival. An integral part of our home renovation was a new furnace, central air conditioning and central humidifier. Ed from Evam Canada Inc. provided top notch equipment.....a 2 stage variable speed furnace, 2 stage central air conditioning and a steam whole house humidifier. Ed looked after the gas hook up to my standby generator and even corrected gas-work done by another contractor on the gas hot water heater. Ed was able to answer all our questions and took us through the options available in selecting the most appropriate equipment. He was always patient and thorough in his explanations. The crowning glory to his work was the installation of a Carrier Infinity thermostat. Aesthetically beautiful and functionally amazing. We can monitor the function of all of the equipment remotely by Wi-fi connection. Ed was always available whether by phone or by email. He even came out on the weekend to verify that the general contractor had prepared the furnace room for the new equipment. Ed and his team were meticulous in all the work they performed, including cleaning up. I couldn’t be happier. I had to replace two offbrand ductless air conditioners because nobody could service them and provide parts. Alex was amazing, and guided us through the options and we decided on the Mitsubishi ductless heat pump, two of them. Jid was the installer, he worked in a professional and efficient manner, worked late to get the two units installed. He took away the old scrap units, cleaned up the worksite and took the time to explain the functioning of the units ensuring that they performed well before he left. Alex checked in with me by phone and then attended on site to ensure everything was proceeding as planned. Alex proved to be very knowledgeable, experienced, and great at explaining the Mitsubishi heat pump. He delivered above and beyond her expectations. We have recommended Alex and his company to friends and they are similarly satisfied. Old style honest service and integrity is alive and well with Alex and his team.
