Ray is very honest and thorough with his work. He takes his time and ensures that all questions and concerns are answered. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and all the ducts were cleaned. He will honestly tell you what you should get done and what can be done yourself. He even gave advice on other areas of my house. He is super professional and would definitely recommend him (which I already have for a few family members and friends).
