I had water coming into my house through the kitchen ceiling & Avenue Road Roofing, which installed my roof in April 2008, sent Kas & Joe to identify and repair the site of the leak. They came several times, working indefatigably, until we finally thought the problem was fixed. Unfortunately a rainstorm proved that this was not the case. As Joe is now on holiday Kas returned today with Tony & after more water testing eventually they located and repaired the place where the water was entering the roof space. Throughout this experience everyone who dealt with my problem has been professional & friendly - I would like to thank Kas, Joe & Tony - and Clare, the lady who answered my anxious phone calls with friendly concern.

At the onset of our first major snowstorm I was abandoned by a company I had used for over 7 years. I was extremely stressed so my son posted details of the service I needed with HomeStars and Jorge responded immediately with a reasonable quote. After being 'burned' I was cautious so I had some questions about the service provided. He and I exchanged a few e-mails and a couple of phone conversations. I was impressed by his straightforward friendly attitude and as a result accepted the quote. This was just prior to our recent 'snow event' - when the snow stopped the snow was cleared without delay.
