Having problems with r the flower of water on our home so we looked for a Company. Tried a few but the Receptionist at Mr. Rooter was the best in that she conveyed a sense of caring and willingness to help. We booked an appointment for the same day which was a great relief. The technician Patrick arrived on time and with his assistant introduced themselves in a kind way and went to work immediately. We were impressed. The completed their inspection, shared their results and shared recommendations with us. A job very well done! A company well represented. First time customers extremely pleased!
