assorted seasonal items and tools
This shop is great when buying random seasonal items. You can find some really cheap seasonal chocolates and home decor. I have bought a multitude of items because of these low prices (and the occasional coupon). I've bought sheets, tools, kitchen utensils, you name it, they have it.
I sell on ebay and so, I'll occasionally need to ship a few items. The post office here offers some great services at great prices. I got tracking and signature confirmation for just $12.80 if the buyer is in BC.
Not only are their products cheap and reliable, their services are also exceptional. Free diapers, free baby food when you buy an adult meal, and for family day, free kids meals. Let me tell you, I got some nice trees for just $8-$12, and some LED lightbulbs for a really good price.
My experience with college pro painters is quite positive, they arrived on time (they of course, are college/university students. Friendly and helpful) I was very satisfied with their services. They covered part of my windows and painted my house a chocolate cake brown. I will admit, I could've picked a better colour but that's my fault. I think these students shouldn't charge so little, their service is exceptional.
I found a lot of my friends ended up buying an ipad mini so to follow the trend, I did the same. The futureshop near me didn't have any white ipads and the apple store near me didn't have any 16 GB WIFi only ipads, but to my surprise, London drugs did. The process of getting the ipad was rather lengthy. When making a big purchase at, say, futureshop, the employee will take your item to the checkout and then pay. At London drugs I had to sign a paper, the paper had to be checked and then I could pay. I'm still quite satisfied and I acknowledge that the signature is just a store policy. A nuisance but a policy.
The paint colour matching didn't go very well. We got through 2 cans of paint and eventually gave up and chose a new colour. The colour variety is good and the service is superb. I would recommend for a whole wall repaint but not for small patches.
My computer broke down and because it wasn't under warranty anymore I couldn't send it to Toshiba to get it fixed so alternately I went to Best Buy for geek squad repair. They were quick to spot the problem after digging into the guts of the PC. They diagnosed that It's hard drive broke. He told us that they could install the hard drive for me for a fee but I declined, bought the drive and left. You don't know how much he wanted to get the hard drive installed by them. You don't know.
our old crt t.v. was getting really out of shape. So my wife really wanted a new t.v. to watch. The price was a great find but the service was disappointing. We waited nearly an hour just for a person to come. I wouldn't really recommend this store but just hang on. Maybe with a few more employees things could get better.
