This contractor is a not legit. He gave you a good price but ended up cutting corners. There is water leakage in my ceiling only after 2 years. He refused to come to fix the roof. I got another roofer to come in and they saw the mess and the whole roof was not installed properly. I will need to waste my money to reinstall the whole roof again this spring. DO NOT GET THIS CONTRACTOR!!
