Our real estate agent recommended James to us as we had a "to do" list that needed to be done ASAP. James came in and completed the list in record time, professionally, and pleasantly! He is very helpful and doesn't laugh at us "unhandy" types, no matter what the task. It is great to find someone who does quality work, and at a very reasonable price. We are already compiling our second round of "to dos" and will be calling James again next week. Once we move into our new home, we plan to get him to do some of the renos and painting in our new place as well. Thanks for reducing our stress James!
