We had met Tim a few years ago at one of the home shows and were impressed right from the get-go of the product and service he was offering. We wanted our kitchen counters (3 of them) updated and this seemed the perfect process at an extraordinary low cost. Tim came to our home exactly at the time he said he would, gave us a quotation to which we readily agreed and set-up the date for the work to be done. At that time the process was a little more involved than it is today but the results were outstanding and we were thrilled at the results. Recently, during our renovation to our main level bathroom, we wanted to upgrade the unique custom counter but thought it might be "too small a job" for Tim. We tried it ourselves using another product which was basically a disaster! Last week we called Tim in a panic and asked if he would consider looking at the bathroom. Although the initial appointment was for last Saturday for him to give us a quote, he realized how quickly we needed to finish our bathroom and he called by late in the afternoon of Wednesday, looked over the "problem" and gave us an amazing quote which we accepted on the spot. He confirmed the work for 8.00am on Friday and Wayne showed up right on time. He did a superb job, didn't mind us "watching" and answered all of our "curiosity" questions of how the process worked and allowed us to witness the action from beginning to end. In less than four hours Wayne was finished, the results were beyond what we expected and, with this current process, we could use the counter immediately! We cannot say enough about Tim and Wayne and this fabulous alternative to spending mega bucks on either replacement laminate or even a new counter top. We more than recommend Calgary Counter Tops and urge anyone interested in updating not only counter tops but the other services offered before committing to any other product or service. You will NOT be disappointed and we expect that you will be just as thrilled as we were.
