We had a fantastic experience with Roger from King David Construction. We were putting our condo on the market for rent, and hired Roger to re-paint the entire place. Roger was very professional, kind, detail-oriented and went above and beyond for us. For example, we had our daughters height measurement since she was a baby on one of the doorframes. Roger transferred the measurements for us on a piece of wood before painting over it! The place looked great after it was complete and we were able to rent it out. We would highly recommend King David Construction and look forward to working with them again for future renovation project!

Ian came highly recommened! He did a fantastic job of removing carpet and installing hardwood floors in two of our bedrooms. He was very professional, got the job done very quickly and efficiently, and we are so pleased. He helped us match the bedroom floors to what we already had in the rest of the condo almost exactly. He also painted one of the bedrooms. The next time we need contracting work, we will be contacting Ian. 10 stars!
